While I still delight in the craft of design itself, my richest joy lies in managing design projects for teams; from the moment of its inception, igniting the sparkle for imagination, balancing the wheel of fine-tuned strategy and operational scope for creative conception, honing in on how to express project intention with client expectation in presentation, doubling down discipline on pixel-perfect production, and celebration of final delivery and execution. I find every phase of the process uniquely thrilling, and revel in creating an atmosphere where I ensure each step is continually inspired, supported, fluid, and genuinely enjoyable for every individual involved, with no exception.
When out of office, you can find me climbing a mountainside, picnicking in a greenspace, fangirling at a concert or art show, working on a side project I can't stop dreaming about, or dropping in as an Award Show Judge, Panelist, or fill-in Design Professor at my alma matter.
